AlphaGroup is not a holding company. It is the parent brand under which AlphaLing GmbH runs its five brands — one contract, one contact, one invoice.
Structure
One house. Many names. One identity.
The brand names are operating brands of AlphaLing GmbH and not separate legal entities. Your contracting party is always AlphaLing GmbH, registered in Berlin.
There is a practical reason for that: if you buy translation, software and an event together, you should not need three contracts, three invoices and three contacts to do it.
